Refunds
Once items are shipped we have a No refund policy.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All items are checked before shipment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with evidence of the defective or damaged item to podsuk@mail.com You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any defective or damaged items.
