Informativa sui rimborsi

At PODS UK, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible products in accordance with the policy below.

14-Day Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly inform us that you wish to return it.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, products should be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Complete with any accessories, seals or other items supplied with the product

You may handle the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund where permitted by law.

Sealed & Hygiene-Sensitive Products

For products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may no longer apply once the seal has been broken after delivery.

Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before opening or removing any hygiene or protective seals.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and details of the issue. We may also request photographs to help us resolve the matter.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this returns policy.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, PODS UK will provide an appropriate return solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when returning an item, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due to you.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel the entire order, we will also refund the standard delivery charge originally paid, where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery service.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We will make refunds within the timescales required by applicable UK consumer law. For returned goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Products that have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them
  • Any other products for which the statutory right to cancel does not apply

These exclusions do not remove your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

How to Make a Return

To request a return, please contact PODS UK Customer Support and include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Your reason for returning the item, if applicable

We will provide you with the relevant return instructions.

Please do not send a return until you have contacted us and received the appropriate return instructions.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy is intended to restrict or exclude any rights you have under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
